  • AMC Care Packs (SIB)
  • Extended Warranty
  • Ecostruxure Software

Refund Process

  • Once you receive the return authorization, securely package the item and include a copy of the proof of purchase.
  • Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer support team.

Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred during the return process.

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the item is approved for a refund, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

Partial Refunds
